Talisman Lab’s digital workflow bridges the gap between clinical planning and final fabrication. Using high-resolution intraoral scan data and advanced CAD software, we help you visualise, refine, and communicate treatment outcomes — before the patient ever sits in the chair for the restorative appointment.
Digital diagnostic wax-up — A virtual wax-up derived from your patient’s scan data. Ideal for full-mouth rehabilitations, smile makeovers, and pre-treatment patient communication.
Study model fabrication — 3D-printed models from intraoral scan files (.STL, .PLY, or OBJ) for in-hand examination and articulation.
Occlusal analysis — Digital articulation and occlusal contact mapping to optimise restoration design before milling.
Smile design mock-up — Printable try-in mock-ups allowing patients to preview the planned esthetic outcome intra-orally before final restoration.
We accept scan files from all major intraoral scanner brands: 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Cerec Omnicam, Medit i500/i700, and others. Export in .stl, .ply, or .obj format; send via our secure digital case portal.
A digital workflow reduces remakes. When the design is reviewed and approved before fabrication begins, chair time decreases, patient satisfaction increases, and your lab fees go further.
