Comfortable, natural-looking dentures crafted with decades of removable expertise.
Talisman Lab has fabricated removable prosthetics since 1988. Our removable department combines time-tested craftsmanship with modern acrylic systems and CAD-designed metal frameworks to produce dentures that fit predictably, look natural, and last.
Complete dentures — Full upper and/or lower dentures; conventional or immediate placement.
Partial dentures — Cast metal or acrylic frameworks with precision-clasped retention. Flexible thermoplastic partials (Valplast® compatible) available.
Immediate dentures — Fabricated prior to extractions for same-day placement. Includes a reline appointment allowance.
Implant-retained overdentures — Removable overdentures retained by 2–4 implants via locator attachments, ball abutments, or bar-and-clip systems.
Relines & repairs — Chair-side and laboratory relines; fractured denture repair with fibre reinforcement where indicated.
We stock a comprehensive library of acrylic tooth molds across the Vita, Ivoclar Vivadent, and DENTSPLY systems. Tooth selection guidance is available on request — send a photo of the patient with available records.
For full dentures, we strongly recommend a wax try-in appointment before final processing. This allows you to verify vertical dimension, centric relation, phonetics, and esthetics in the mouth — not on the articulator.
Complete dentures (initial): 7–10 business days per stage. Partial denture with metal framework: 10–14 business days. Relines: 2–3 business days.
